Comments

I just stayed here one night in the camper van, and it worked fine for my needs. (I wanted something that was easy off of I-95 and this fit the bill.) It’s a relatively large campground, with more long-term campers in the back section. There is a beautiful lake with lots of swans to enjoy. And if you’re interested in the Savannah trolley tour, just contact the office ahead of time and you can get picked up and dropped off at the campground, rather than having to drive into Savannah yourself. This park isn’t anything fancy. – It’s more utilitarian in my opinion. I looked at some other online reviews and some people took issue with the noise generated from the traffic and trains. I slept through everything like a baby, though.
